First & foremost to my husband & stepson, Michael & Sean, for their constant love & support that allowed me the space & time to develop this work.

To FALL’s board of directors, in particular our president, Kathryn Wilkening. Her leadership & support of FALL, not to mention the rest of the dance community, has been invaluable during the process.
